Terms and conditions
1. In this document "Company" means "Planet Infosoft Pvt. Ltd."
and "Independent Business Distributor" means the person / firm
on which the registration is done.
2. Independent Business Distributor is responsible for his own
business development. Independent Business Distributor will not
be treated as an employee of the Company in regard to any labour
laws and shall not claim any ESIS. PF. GRATUITY or any other
benefits.
3. It is mandatory for all Independent Business Distributors to
pay applicable Government taxes as per rules.
4. Independent Business Distributor shall not use Company's
trade name, logos, symbols and trade marks without permission
from the company.
5. Independent Business Distributors are not allowed to collect
any amount on behalf of the Company, as the Company has its own
office, franchisee offices & bank accounts to transact
with.
6. The Commission / incentive payments will be made to the
qualified Independent Business Distributors, subject to the
deduction of TDS as per Income Tax Act.
7. As per IT Act it is mandatory for Independent Business
Distributor to provide their PAN number, complete address & pin
code to the Company.
8. The Company does not guarantee any specific level of income
for promoting the business as the income is derived solely from
the sale of the products to the end users. The actual income
will depend upon Independent Business Distributor's own efforts.
9. Independent Business Distributor should be at least 18
years of age.
10. Payment made at the time of registration for purchase of
products, admin, charges, welcome kit charges & any service
charges applicable will not be refunded under any circumstance.
11. Company can be make change in commissions and incentives
without any prier information as per requirement for the
companies benefits.
12. While making any correspondence with the Company Independent
Business Distributor should furnish his ID No. correctly.
13. All types of legal matters will be settled at Udaipur
jurisdiction only.
14. Company will not be responsible for any assurance, promises,
guarantees, agreements & representations made by the Independent
Business Distributor other than mentioned by the Company.
15. Company's decision will be final and binding on all
Independent Business Distributors in case of any dispute. |
